This passion has been expressed and proven through his record of accomplishment at Colgate Palmolive Philippines where he began as Senior Product Manager in 1981. There, he held positions of increasing responsibility leading to his appointment as National Sales Manager in 2000.
Victor has been recognized for exemplary leadership. He is credited for having successfully introduced key innovations that earned him global recognition within the Colgate System. Chief among these was an award for pioneering work on the “Zero Working Capital Task Force” which successfully attained and sustained a negative working capital state for his unit – a milestone that is considered the corporate gold standard to this day.
He also held key executive and advisory positions in other companies such as Roasters Philippines, Inc. (Kenny Rogers); Bausch & Lomb (Philippines and Indonesia); and Bingo Bonanza (a licensed gaming operation).
Victor attended the University of the Philippines, Diliman, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and MBA (honors program).
He was born on 17 January, 1955 and is married to Ma. Angela (Vice President at HSBC). They have two children: Victor Paolo, 25; and Ma. Kristina, 24. Victor enjoys golf and traveling.
